Shipping and Delivery

Nothing is more important to us than providing our customers with exceptional value and service.

We will continue to grow in order to meet the needs of all of our clients and to provide them with service that exceeds their expectations.

1. What method do you use to transport packages?

As a result of Covid and other operational concerns, we no longer ship internationally.

Currently, we only ship inside the United States.

Most of our items are sent from our US warehouse and delivered by the US Postal Service (USPS).

We do, however, have a few items that have been shipped from outside the United States.

These items may take longer to arrive than our standard shipping timeframes because of their nature.

2. How long does it take to ship?

All orders must be processed within one business day.

Unless otherwise specified (on the product description page), the items are sent directly from our US warehouse.

The delivery time is anticipated to be 3-4 business days.

3. Do you offer tracking data?

You will, indeed, receive an email with your tracking details. It may take up to two days for us to give you the tracking number to you.

4. Will my products be shipped in a single package?

Items in the same transaction may be shipped in different packages for logistical reasons, even if you have selected combined shipping.
