Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we will do our best to make you happy with your purchase.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it and receive a refund.
Important: Please do not return your purchase to our business address. For financial and logistical reasons, all products should be shipped directly to our Warehouse.
Product purchased on hobbiestly.com may be returned under the following conditions.
Returns
- Have notified us less than 14 days since the receipt date by contacting us through email at [email protected] — your agree that the product will be deemed delivered and in satisfactory condition if you do not report the issue within the time frame.
- The product you received is not as described or damaged. In this case, you are required to submit photo evidence. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued
- If the product packaging is damaged, but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly
- Missing order: In case a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you claim that you did not receive the products, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly
- Returns of used products are not accepted
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return
Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (if applicable) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned products while in transit back to our Warehouse.
- If you return products to Hobbiestly (a) without a return authorization from Hobbiestly (received by email) or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Hobbiestly retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the products.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- The order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- The order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Return, Refund, and Exchange procedures
- Contact our Customer Support team via email at [email protected] and include the evidence if required
- After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse (you will receive the address by email)
- You must return the product and provide a tracking number
- Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped, or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file
- For Hobbiestly to send a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect Product, we require a tracking number for the Product returned
