However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it and receive a refund.

Important: Please do not return your purchase to our business address. For financial and logistical reasons, all products should be shipped directly to our Warehouse.

Return, Refund, and Exchange procedures

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at [email protected] and include the evidence if required
  2. After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse (you will receive the address by email)
  3. You must return the product and provide a tracking number
  4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped, or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file
  5. For Hobbiestly to send a replacement product or process a refund for a damaged or incorrect Product, we require a tracking number for the Product returned
